How can you start planning your dental travel?
Firstly contact us through the channel you prefer(WhatsApp, E-mail or Contact Us page). Our dedicated customer service team will get in touch with you to talk you through the end-to-end process, initial consultation, travel planning and your dental treatment process. Our customer service team will stay in touch with you until the end of your treatment. In addition to your dental treatment, our customer service team will offer you all the services you might need such as transport from/to the airport, hotel accommodation, translation service and excursions.
What happens when you arrive in Istanbul?
At our clinics in Istanbul, our dentists will give you all details step by step in your first appointment about the suggested dental treatment for you. Then we will take before photos of face, teeth and smile in our photography room. We will then start your dental treatment. At the end of the day our transfer will bring you back to your hotel. In the second appointment(the next day or after a few days later depending on the treatment type), our transfer will pick you from your hotel to our dental clinic. If you get full set of veneers, we will show you the new full set of veneers shape and color to you and after your approval we will take temporary teeth out and we will fix your new teeth. In your third appointment, our transfer will bring you to our dental clinic and we will have several checks such as biting, shape and chewing checks and we will take after treatment photos.
In the last appointment, we will give you the documents about the aftercare of your dental treatment and warranty form and have the final control. On the day you fly back to your home country, our transfer will bring you from your hotel to the airport. After a week later, our customer service team will call give you a call to check in on how your situation is. These check-ins will be scheduled for a month and three months after as well. After your treatment, whenever you visit Turkey, you are very welcome for your free dental check and consultation.
Does the dental treatment include all-in-one travel package?
For all treatments, we provide free VIP Transfer during your treatment time for every visit to our clinic.
We also include accommodation at a 5-star hotel in our quote with prices below their standard rate. If you prefer to stay at another hotel, we deduct the accommodation fee from the quoted price.
When you book your flight and hotel, we need your flight details so that we can arrange your appointment and transfer for your dental treatment.

How can I know that the dental centre use the best quality?
What does the teeth warranty form include?
Our dental warranty procedures include implants, veneers and lab work. Although nobody can guarantee 100%, you will have a lifetime warranty for teeth implants and five years for veneers and five years for lab work in Turkey. If you have a problem with your dental treatment, we will cover up to 200 dollars of your flight expenses and three day free accommodation and free VIP transfer from airport to hotel and clinic with free dental treatment.
Can I speak English with you?
Yes, our dental team and customer service team speaks English. If you want to use a translator during your treatment, our translator in the clinic will be at your service during the treatment.
How many days should I book for an appointment?
Before you book your flight and hotel for your travel, our dental team will advise you the expected timeline depending on your treatment type. For an high level view, to get a full set of veneers in Turkey (zirconium veneers , Emax veneers or Celtra veneers) or teeth implant treatment for missing teeth, you wood expect 5 days and it is expected that you will have 4 dental appointments during the treatment time. Therefore it is advised that you plan a 7-day travel to Turkey to allow for your arrival and departure days.
